The one in Sandy is awesome, I've been eating at Arby's all my life because they got the meat, but the one on State Street and 1700 South don't ever get their hamburgers stay with the healthy roast beef leave it at that

They asked if we wanted our sandwich in a meal? We wanted to know if they carried the orange cream shake, if so, then we would get a meal and include the shake. But they just kept asking about the meal or not. Otherwise, the sandwiches are good, the shakes are great.

This location provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a customer. The cashier was incompetent and rude. I've really never seen that before. I asked her questions she couldn't answer then she snapped at me about it. Her responses were inappropriate and weird. Plus, the manager was yelling at her crew about not working as she was texting gibberish while sitting in a chair. Also, the crew stood around a lot and the restaurant was messy. All I wanted was adequate service. Not to much to ask. Hope they change because I like Arby's.

The food itself is typical Arbys and is generally mediocre, but sometimes a person just wants something with meat in it. My gripe though with this particular location is they cannot seem to ever get an order right. Missed items, other people’s orders, substituting the wrong item, it has to be systemic with how often it happens to me here (and I’m not getting anything complicated, generally a sandwich or two and a side). Might be specific to the shift in which I went, but I have largely stopped trying because I got tired of not getting what I ordered.
