I have always used this Wendy's when ordering. However, the quality of service has gone down hill 10 fold. The lady that has worked the window for over 20 years needs to retire. I know customer service sucks, I do the same thing. But, if you're that miserable, can't crack a smile and consistently tosses the bags of food at people its time for you to retire. I personally try to always smile when I go through and always say thank you..YOU can also be kind

Definitely not a great Wendy's location. The drink machine had nothing except for Mellow Yellow. It has the old decor and few options for seating. The service was slow and they got our order wrong.

I was placing my order, a burger without sauce, and the lady interrupted me, so I thought she was seasoned and understood. Nope! The order was wrong! They were fast but when you have to take it apart and eat a burger open face, it is way less appealing! Rude! To interrupt someone as they are speaking, then when I was asking if it was made plain, she just took my credit card. She is fast, but customer service counts! No wonder all the line of fast food places there together and there were less cars at Wendy's.

We have been waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive through with about 6 cars in front of us when we started waiting. When we finally got our food, we didn’t have the correct order and had to wait several more minutes. I will never return to this Wendy’s location.

This is an example of somebody being as rude as they can possibly be because they know they are anonymous on the internet. The staff here is generally very polite to me, and one of them went out of his way to tell me about the new chocolate Frostyccino and let me know that it might need to be stirred in case the frosty separates from the coffee. He didn't have to do that. He could have just handed it to me but he wanted to make sure I had a good experience with the new product. I was very impressed.
