Hello Nina, I'm Jake and the dealership has nothing to do with your stereo, depending on what kind of stereo you have in there, Kenwood, Sony, alpine, JBM, you should be able to reset the stereo to the default settings, but you should have a professional do that. Like Car Toy's, or actually ANY stereo installation business can reset it to default program.
