I had my car broken into multiple times while I lived there. It’s a gated community that did not provide sense of security with limited security cameras and plenty blind spots open for theft. Not worth the rent.

My family has been living here for about 2 months and have had 2 of our cars broken into. There has been theft all on our street with cars being stolen and homes being broken into. The office doesn't care and they will not make any fixes to their "security". Telli the "Assistant business maanger" said in her own words "Our Cameras located throughout the property are to just look certain areas including the gates to our property. We do not and are not obligated to have security cameras watching everyone's belongings." My frustration is that they know for fact theft is a problem within this community and haven't made any actions to prevent this or provide a safe living environment. They have three cameras pointed at the gate closest to us when they could easily point two of those in other directions. The best part of it all is they won't let you know about the amount of theft that goes on, you have to find out yourself like we did. Movin here? Get Cameras.

I had a very bad experience with applying at this apartment complex. The ladies at the front desk (Telly) were very rude and unprofessional they talked over me and made me feel stupid. They Canceled our application and after two weeks of waiting for the application fee back they are barely working on it now when I called. I do not recommend this apartment complex what so ever. They made the experience more complicated than it needed to be. Hopefully they get better people working here. Everything on the website said it was complete and instead of calling and working with us they were to bothered to help and just canceled it instead.

I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!!! I lived here for a year and a half and there’s tons of theft left and right, my roommates car got broken into and my car got stolen 3 times!!! The apartment didn’t help out when our stuff got broken into/stolen, plus whenever the appliances broke and we called “ maintenance“ they would never fix the problem and we’d have to deal with it!! This place isn’t worth 2500 bucks a month when people break into your stuff and the staff/mangers can’t even take care of their customers and are rude as hell whenever you try to call. I highly suggest not living here cause this apartment complex has unprofessional mangers and no one can seem to help you when your stuff breaks.
