My appointment was for 7am I arrived 45 minutes early and was put in a door within 10 minutes. They started to load me at about 7:15 and I was done by 8:30AM. No complaints here wish more facilities were like this. They have clean restrooms and are very friendly as well. Great job!!

Very nice personnel. Check in was quick, staging area at the end of the docks if loading or unloading in the next hour. Limited O/N parking outside of gate, maybe 5 spots. They open doors from inside the dock.

Unacceptable service in any segment! 4 hours to offload? Upper management on we don’t care all we care is our 9/5 job security without producing positive results in all areas!

Not sure why they have such bad reviews maybe it's just loading. I had 2100 appointment they unloaded me before 2200 and let me sleep there overnight maybe some people are just pushy and impatient so they get a different experience lol
