Can someone help me. I just bought a dullsport kit for my dirtbike . and i need a inspection form a dealer or bike shop befor the bike can be street legal dose enyone know if brothers powersports will do this dot inspection.

I'm not sure, but I would assume, they could do that for you. They do sell motorcycles and other equipment. Several friends do business with them all the time. You should call first.
