I believe so, many people fish on the river behind Cascade Peaks. I dont see any Rangers out there but just have your fishing license just in case.
You can always fish if you have a license. The closest possible "fishing hole" is less than 1 mile away under the large metal bridge. On hwy 12. U can park your car off of the carr rd. Walk down to under bridge. Its been awhile since i was there, never caught nothing anywhere. ALWAYS REMEMBER THE DANGERS OF WATER! NO SWIMMING! no littering! Be safe please, thank you.
