Since the new owners have taken over the store, the aisles are too overcrowded to shop in comfortably. Furthermore, the music they play over the speakers is riddled with profanity. I have no problem with explicit music on my own time, but I expect better from a place where I would take my child to go grocery shopping.

Nobody will chase you out of the store if they don't, just point you to the Postal facility across the street. Watch the traffic, it's not the safest crossing on foot..

Actually, yes they do. Around the holidays just cruise on in and ask for one. They typically run $5 a permit. They are supplied by the US Forest Service.
