I joined Km resorts a out 2 years ago. I have no complaints. Every one I have visited seems great. Staff is great. Low keyed and some great activities are usually going during the summer.

Wi-Fi is non existent, but they have no problem collecting your money for it, only to turn around and have to get a refund. Why do they even offer it. Also, the adult time for the swimming pool has tons if small children, so they don't enforce the pool rules.

Awesome place for the family with many activities. Locals meet for cards and coffee in the main building in the evening!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and the work that went in was much appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful meal! The place could use some updates to the amenities although we enjoyed the pool.

They have golf, swimming, walks thru the woods or along the river. Any number of things to do in the immediate area.
The most of the RV spots can accommodate 5th wheels up to 37ft and members can stay up to 2 weeks before they would have to leave for at least 7 days before coming back.
It is a membership park...not sure what the rates are for nonmembers. I know they are reasonable according to friends, but I don't know. Sorry. Give them a call, they have on site management.
