Dealt with them over the phone since they are 2 hours away. They were great to deal with and I would of bought in a heartbeat but my husband decided we didn't need to trade in right now. But boy was that charger sweet!!

UPDATE: It seems that since I received my new vehicle, their response to questions & issues has really dropped off. I've left multiple messages that haven't been replied to, and calls that haven't been returned. The "gate keepers" who answer calls in the sales dept seem to not want me to leave voice messages for my sales guy; do they not even have voice mail? There are issues with my new vehicle, and they're not being responsive to them nor providing professional customer service. I will revise this review if anything changes. ORIGINAL: While ordering a vehicle, their staff were professional and reasonable. Doing business with them went well.

Today I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Friendship. It was my 3rd purchase for 2 reasons. 1. James Moffitt. I can’t begin to say enough about James. I am a terrible customer! I am indecisive, picky, and hard to please when car shopping. I always shop online because I HATE pushy car salesmen. Our first experience with James was a train wreck and not because of anything he did. By the end of the experience, James fully earned my trust and respect and he has been my first text anytime I am shopping for a vehicle. If you are in the market for a car, I can’t recommend James enough. 2. Friendship always has fair prices and lists them up front. It is always an unforgettable experience. Thanks for being so patient with my crazy and making sure we walk away happy with our purchase James!
