Bought a vehicle from them and we were told one thing and the paperwork showed something else. Called to ask why it was different. The finance guy said it was above his pay grade. Went to talk to the General manager today and was basically called a lier. He said paperwork doesn't lie and he has never had issues with the finance guy doing this before. Please "BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY" I will never buy from there again nor will anyone I know.

Scott with Bristol Chevy was exceptional! He steered me in the perfect direction as to what I was looking for and he fought hard to get me the price I was looking for! He had fantastic knowledge of all cars we looked at. Darin the finance manager explained everything to me so that I completely understood what I was agreeing to and signing and gave me awesome insight to the best packages! Everyone I interacted with was wonderful! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone in the market for a used or a new vehicle! I will be returning for all future car purchases!!

The shuttle service was not up to standards as the guy that runs the service is only part time and the day I used it I was there at 730 and he didn’t get there till 830 . I had to be at work by 830. Then I work til 500 and the shuttle guy left at 130 and then he couldn’t even pick back up cause he had go to Kingsport from Bristol and I work in Abingdon. I had to use my personal time and leave work at 200 that day. The clean manager did provide me with the shuttle service and was great. But very disappointed with it overall. I would recommend having someone there either full time or have 2 people work separate shifts to accommodate. Thank you for time.

My personal opinion would be to avoid bristol chevrolet and go to another dealer. One of my family members recently bought a new automobile there, got home with it and discovered it was not the automobile that they wanted, and not the automobile that the salesperson said they were getting. When she went to pick it up, he even pretended to demonstrate features that the car didn't have, told them again they were getting exactly what they wanted, and sent it down the road. After discovering that the car was not what they said it was, we were told that nothing can be done and they are just stuck with paying for a car they didn't want. Several lies were told during the process, and the folks in charge were perfectly satisfied to do nothing about it. I've purchased a number of automobiles from different dealers over the years, and I've never seen anything like bristol chevrolet. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Just wandering if you have a cheap good used 4x4 crewcab / Extended cab truck , for someone with bad credit or no credit 😭 I'm tired of paying someone else to take me to work or store , etc. I'm the only income in my family I can pay 500.00 down and between 150 to 200 dollars a month , I asked another dealership not gonna mention the name cause I'm not like that , anyway they seemed to make fun of me , cause the guy said that's all you can afford to pay down or a month ? When I said yes , He said it's 1,500 and the lowest I will go for a down payment is 1,000 and the monthly payments will be around 300 a month, I said I can't pay that and he said well we can't help you , you may not be able to help me but that's ok if you can't I will understand , just had to try thanks for taking the time to read this have a good day
