Leslie, the specialty magnetic primer base coat is a Rustoleum product. In Montivilla it is available at Target, including Target City, JoAnne Super Store in Eastpoint Plaza and in mall 205 at Home Depot. HD has the primer base kit and a 30 ounce can for a few cents short of $20. I hope your project turns out well. Additionally, I did a little research and find Krylon manufactures magnetic paint in a spray can, but has 95% bad reviews. Behr also has 8 oz samples at Home Depot for under $4.
