Is this place cheaper affordable. I. On a budget. I would like to come by some time since I now have lived here for almost a year and only saw the outside of the store.

I wouldn't say this place is cheap. There are items that you can buy for prices comparable to larger chain grocery stores, but it's a local co-op, which means you are supporting local growers/producers and some items are a bit more expensive because of that.
