Can initiatory be done before an endowment session? Do I have to make an appointment or can I just come in on the day I will be doing the endowment?

YES, to Q1; Yes/No to Q2. Hi Roxie, Just walk in... Do initiatory service as long as you desire, then attend the next endowment session. On some occasion, take an ancestor, do baptismal and confirmation service, then initiatory, then endowment, then sealing... All in the same day! You will have the most amazing experience!

No appointment is needed. Yes you can do an initiatory before an endowment. Check the temple schedule for closure dates and hours of operation.

I highly recommend doing both initiatory and endowment as it is possible for oneself to do. You don't need an appointment to do either one, unless it is your first time going through.
