Paint if still labeled (so they can tell what's inside) a non-leaking container (and still liquid, if dried up can be tossed in trash) can be taken to most local paint stores. There is usually a daily limit on how much can be taken in (our sherwin williams here in Hillsboro takes up to 15 gallons a day). It's part of the brick and mortars that if they sell certain items they have to accept and recycle... (i.e. goodwill takes TV and computer working or not, paint stores... home depot for lightbulbs and batteries... etc.)
