If you see them on the OHS website, many times they're already adopted by the time you get there a couple hours later. Just FYI.
The HSSW on 192nd is open everyday from 2-6 pm for the public to meet the animals available for adoption. There's also a form on the website to fill out for the dogs you want to meet and the Humane Society will call you to set up an appointment 2-6 or earlier in the day if that works better for you.
If there on the web site there probably still available. If not you can also check the Portland humane society on Columbia Blvd. or there Website.
