I saw a guy slap his yellow lab in the face and yank on the dogs neck with the leash. The dog was cowering. The guy seemed not ashamed by his mistreatment of his dog and I witnessed it. How do I report this?

A DOG DOES NOT NEED TO BE TRAINED LIKE THAT...ALL THEY ARE DOING IS TAKING THE DOGS SPRIT AND IT WILL RUIN A GREAT DOG...THEY WANT TO PLEASE SO AT WORSE A TAP ON THE BUTT AND ONLY IF IT IS NECESSARY...YES THE PERSON DOES NOT NEED TO BE AROUND ANIMALS OF ANY KIND...REPORT HIM...AND CALL AGAIN AND MAYBE AGAIN UNTIL THE PERSON IS PUNISHED FOR THERE BEHAVIOR...THERE SHOULD BE A FLAG UP BY THAT PERSON NAME SO HE IS NEVER TO OWN A ANIMAL...OR IF THERE IS ANY REPORT ABOUT HIM AND ANIMALS THEY WILL KNOW WHO THEY ARE DEALING WITH...THANKS FOR REPORTING THIS...WE ARE THERE VOICES...IF WE DON.T SPECK UP FOR THEM WE ARE JUST AS BAD...GOD BLESS YOU...

Robby, I reported the young man to the animal control and they said they would send an officer to talk to the owner. I don't know the man, I was actually standing there to report a dead cat across the street and happen to witness the abuse. I love my animal friends.

If this happened at the Humane Society then it definitely needs to be reported to the management.
