Seems the police are always up and down that alley why is that? Is there that many criminals loitering robbing stealing and hanging out there?

It is not as bad as many would think the amount supposedly criminal activity by the homeless has been greatly blown out of proportion I sometimes cruise up that alley on my bicycle car or on my motorcycle and what you will see AR people sitting along the wall or on the grass nearby waiting for the cafe that serves food to open all it takes is for one person to do a criminal act and that becomes the perception of all the others. For example years ago there used to be a food truck that would show up near the alley to provide breakfast food for the homeless, but that was quickly discontinued because Anonymous nearby neighbors complain of criminal activity by the homeless which was never confirmed by police, but nearby neighbors put pressure on the city do not allow the food truck to come there anymore which has become a disservice to the homeless community, this only shows how uncompassionate people can really be.

Hey Joe. The police are doing routine patrols and/or searching for anyone evading warrants. The homeless often miss court dates due to lack of adequate transportation and, thus, a bench warrant is issued.
