The fort Lewis side does they have paint booth and oven.
Fort Lewis Auto Hobby Shop with the paint booth CLOSED. No paint on the McChord side. No plan to reopen Lewis side. The staff on the Lewis side never seemed to actually want to help the soldier wanting to do it themselves. Good luck.

Sadly no, but I bet if you lay do some cardboard or some kind of sheeting they might let you.
