Ask them why the drive thru is closed.
The most likely reason that the drive-thru is closed is that not enough people showed up for the shift and there's nobody to cover the drive-thru as someone who works in fast food if there's only two people in the entire store one person needs to make the food and one person needs to take orders but you can't run the drive-through and run inside the store with two people.
