Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Prior to the pandemic this was the best Zaxby's in Hampton Roads. However, since the pandemic the service has decreased in hours and quality. Going anytime close to closing is ill advised. Anytime before 5 the food quality is fairly decent, the Cole slaw tend to be dry but the chicken is delicious. The service speed has sustained at a good pace.

I Don't Like To Do It. But,Out Of 5. I Want To Give Them A 2.5. Instead Of A 2... Did A Drive-Thru Run. Ordered The Signature Club Combo. The Fries Was Cold. The Sandwich Was Not HOT At All. Only Thing Good Was The Fruit Punch Drink. Now It Could Be. Cause Of The Time Frame Of 3pm. I Don't Know.

I came to this establishment on 02-11-22 for my lunch break between the hours of 11am- 12pm. I ordered one order that consisted of boneless wings, fries, bread and a drink. I came home that evening and checked my bank account noticing I was charged for two separate orders with two different prices I called the store. Keenee the manager told me there’s nothing they can do about it but give me a free meal beings that I don’t have my receipt from this morning. As if I knew they would mess my order up today. So I can’t get my money back. Not only is this y’all fault but the way the situation is being handled by a so called “manager” is ridiculous and poor customer service.

The drive there was very fast and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, it is hard to see the menu until you arrive at the place to order. Therefore, if you are not familiar with the menu you have to decide quickly. Also, the cost of a fourth strip meal was $10 which seems high to me for a fast food meal. The chicken strips were a little tough and had an oily/pickled taste to them.
