They have been short handed but they took a long time to even acknowledge that I was there. They do not have napkins or plastic wear out and did not provide any with my order and had to come back for it. The employee I interacted with the most is the only reason why I didn't give them 1 star.

It was OK I've seen it better The online ordering Is so hard to maneuver They need to check it and fix it. I almost ordered something else from somebody different because the online thing is horrible

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, talk about nasty, KFC idea of spicy isn't nothing more than dump on just plain hot sauce. NASTY! Far from being spicy! Failure at its best! Never again!

There menu has changed..... but I had a problem with a order but they only replaced HALF of it. My wings was dry as hell this one time AFTET they tried to moisten them in the bbq sauce that didnt cover all the chicken smh.
