Yes, if your from Oregon, Washington honors the Or ohv permit. If you're from Washington, you get them at the Washington DOL where you get your automobile tags.
Yes they are required. I havent veen checked in the last few years though. I come from oregon so I am jot certain where WA ORV tags are obtained.
Yes you need a Discovery pass to get into most areas. Jones creek is closed until March to off road vehicles but the main roads are open. Also please be aware we are expecting quite a bit of snow up here this week. You can get the discovery pass at ranger stations, Bi Mart, Wal-Mart, and a few other places. There is a county sheriff that all he does is hang out and check tags. I live less than a mile from it, and know the area well. Have fun be safe!
