My fries, apple pies, and buttermilk chicken strips were all cold and when I returned them to get new ones they took forever and my replacements were even cold so I give them an F- for effort I will never go back to this branch...

I'm not sure what your question was, this isn't a review forum. Since that was a couple years ago, hopefully you've recovered from that dark period in your life, and you're doing okay now.

Well when I complained I did it on their web site and they called me to apologize to me and sent me a card in the mail with a free meal ..

That's quality control and would be the manager's fault. Try complaining to the district manager and if that fails , go to corporate. They should make it right.
