Costco is open on MLK day
Only day I believe they are close is on new year's day and Christmas, other days they open normal hours but probably close early on few days like Christmas eve or new year's eve
The Costco website lists their annual holidays schedule observed by all US locations.
I highly recommend calling them first.
Checked with COSTCO Kirkland, they are open on MLK day.
