I made an appt and still waited over a half hour, the lady that did my nails was very rough and rude, this was my first trip, amyone else have bad experience too?

I have been going to this salon for well over a year. I personally haven't had a bad experience there ever. Occasionally I have waited later than my appointment time but it's always when the salon is super busy and I understand that things like that happen. Hannah is the only person that ever does my nails because after looking at reviews I felt she is the nicest and most talented person there. Her husband is the only other person I would let work on me if she wasn't there just because in watching others get nails done they just seem the most friendly and do the best work.

I just started going there and agree that I have always had a good experience there.

I only get pedicures done here. I never make appts & they have always been nice.
