I work at the Sunlight Cafe. Quesadillas are, technically speaking, a happy hour menu item. We have happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. There are a few additional menu items available. All that being said, if you came in on a Sunday afternoon and asked me for a quesadilla, I would expect that any cook would make one for you. Tldr: yes, probably.

No quesadillas. But lots of other yummy vegetarian and vegan dishes.
