My experience here caused me to tweet "It is a Universal Truth that if you have a problem a cobbler can fix it." I showed up ten minutes before close with a broken backpacking backpack and a spare part, hoping for a miracle because my trip left at 4:30 a.m. the next morning. They pulled out all the stops to fix my pack. Couldn't recommend more.

Great service, friendly staff and owners! They did an excellent job repairing and cleaning up some old leather boots of mine and replacing the soles. Also had a zipper and straps replaced on a leather bag that all looks excellent. Not easy to find a place that will do leather work locally on bags so I really appreciate your guys work! Thanks so much! I’ll be passing the word and coming back! :)

Brought in YSL sneakers since they were coming apart. Thy were able to add a stitch to the side to reattach the sole and upper. Saved my shoes! Stitch is imperceptible. Thank you! Will get much more use from these now.

Unfortunately regretting bringing my boots here for repair. I had a mid-sole added to my boots and I'm not sure why but the repair has been very unsuccessful. I picked up the boots and within a week the glue was coming apart and the sole was detaching. Brought them back, they were re-glued and now about two weeks later the sole is almost entirely separated again. When I dropped off my boots for repair I was told by the folks at the shop that the best way to repair the boots was to have a mid-sole stitched in and that glueing them wouldn't work. So I was surprised when I picked up the boots to find that they had been repaired with glue. Not sure what happened there but, they were right, the glue they used did not work.

Unfortunately we don't do that kind of work. I'd check with broadway shoe repair about dyeing things.
Probably not. You'd need to find an upholster.
Charles is correct. We do small rips and things like that on bags but no serious luggage repair. I would suggest TW Carrol. -Swanson’s
Yes I think they do.
