We from Colorado and have regular nail people here who are amazing. Unfortunately the service at this establishment was not great. My wife got a dip done and the drilled her nails underneath the fake nails (never seen that on a dip) the nails themselves had rough spots and overhangs so bad they dug into my wife's skin. My pedicure was fine but that's it.

I had a really positive experience going to Myano. They have a great color selection, but I just needed a simple soft pink manicure. I was helped almost immediately by Kim who was so sweet and quick with the service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called and asked if I could come over before walking 2 miles to get my nails done. The receptionist said "We're free at 6 but we can try for 5.45 for you." So I was there at 5.45 and waited and waited. It was 6.15 and there was no sign of them attending to me any time soon. I asked how much longer they might take and he said 10-15 mins. When I told the reception guy that he said that they would be free at 6. He's like "They're not done yet. What can I do" lol. I was traveling that day so I had to leave. I needed my nails done desperately and this was the only place that "pretended" to have appointments open. Now I walked 2 miles, didn't get my nails done and had to walk back 2 miles. All for nothing and exhaustion. Thank you myano! 👏
