You can't.

I've been told by the jail staff that they do not relay messages to the inmates per telephone requests. Their suggestion was to write a letter to the inmate asking the inmate to call you. They will need to call you collect so if you dont have a landline you will need to make sure your cell phone is set up to recieve collect calls. You can also put money on the inmates account and they can purchase a phone card so they can make regular calls out. Each card costs $5 and I think that's for 20 minutes. The inmates can purchase phone cards after dinner each day so money should be there before 4:00pm. They have to sign a receipt for the deposit so thats how they know money has been put on their account. Good luck.
