Grabbed a reefer cup of their 'medium' oysters after being away from Puget Sound for years, just an impulse. Got the sea salt and lemon juice and hot sauce, but they were so good, just ate them plain. Brings back memories.

You are able to purchase oyster at their shop. For sure the oysters in a container, not sure about in the shell.

Any suggestions on bulk oyster shell purchases?

Rinse thoroughly with water to get rid of any excess grit.

After purchasing and bringing home from the store I froze the oysters...they expanded and popped the lid off, causing them to stick up out of the container about 1/2 inch. Are they still safe to eat after thawing? (& steaming them)
