Do they take debit cards or is it cash only?

Both.

They do take debit cards, I think it's a $2-$3 fee, not 100% sure, but I know it's not too much. They also have an atm in the building. Edited to add that I've used my Mastercard there without any problems

They do take card but not MasterCard. It is the same fee as the ATM, $2.50. Very convenient though
