My AC stopped working (over the hotest weekend of the year) and I called Mercurio's Customer Service line. They were very quick to schedule and provide estimated initial costs. I love that they told me an estimate of cost (per hour) before scheduling. Joshua, our technician was on time, friendly, and efficient! He introduced himself and asked questions to assess the situation and was super speedy to resolution. Overall it was a great experience.

We are very pleased with the outstanding service we have received from Mercurio’s. The estimator, Ben, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Although we had already signed an agreement, he was able to go back and save us an additional $1,400! They started the job immediately without any supply delays so common to other businesses these days. The installers, Donny and Jeremy were meticulous. No detail was too small for them to take the time and make sure it was done “the right way”. The installation was perfect. Zach did our installation on both systems. Great job! Knowledgable and informative. Brian and his partner did a great job on the electrical portion and getting our furnace running! He explained to me what was going on. He added a Summer Fan switch which was appreciated. Overall great job done by all! And we have heat now. We just got the ductless heat pump, so I can't make a comment about it. Except, Zach made sure it was level and straight, which was important to me. And overall he did a very clean professional installation. It seems to work great! We're hoping to see some savings on the electricity bill.

I came home from vacation on a late Saturday night to find that my heat had gone out and my house felt like a walk-in refrigerator (47 degrees inside is not OK). On Sunday morning I checked for a local emergency service, and Mercurio's had a live (and friendly!) person answer the phone. She wasn't sure that a tech would be available, but Rob called within 20 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment before 1 PM that day. Awesome! Someone else's canceled appointment actually had him here by 10:45 so I felt really fortunate. Rob was great. Professional, courteous, and able to find the root cause that left me feeling secure that the issue won't repeat itself. The positive reviews that led me here are spot on.
