I believe the food court is open or soon to be open, remodel was underway and for a time you could only get hotdogs and sodas.

I'm going to assume you're wondering why it was closed. It was being remodeled. There were several signs up it said that along with an expected completion date. The remodel is finished. Food Courts open as of the first week of May.
