Indent think you are allowed to put any thing in water all off limits, but they do have a window that's show fish under water

I'm not sure, you'd find a good spot with access, could do from the dry side of the glass on the fish view room. Call and ask, they were super friendly when I was there. Also check out the Oregon side, and the hatchery
