He is usually at the storage site during most days so your best bet is keep trying to get him on the phone (his phone is messed up connection or something) Or try to catch up with him at the unit I have had better If I late morning /early afternoonish

Keep trying the number he will call you back if you leave a message and answers the phone more regularly then you think.
i actually just called there for the first time and the owner was the one who answered the phone. seems very nice.
