I just went 2wks ago. No tour, you go in the bay on your own. It was my first time and in my option, the bay gets too busy with other boats and its your responsibility to get out the way. I guess if you arent a novice like me you would still enjoy it but I was anxious the entire time.
I don't believe they have a tour with the jet skis. They have sights of the bay listed that you can ride by if you choose. However you are free to go wherever you choose...that's legal 😄
