We were staying at Campland on the Bay with children and grandchildren. We rented the jet ski boat for a half day and it was the highlight of our week-long stay. Everyone loved being on the water. The boat was in excellent condition. The dock assistants were great. Check in process was professional and quick. The toys (wakeboard, tube, and ropes) were in very good shape.

The location was clean. However they have you sign your life away and scare you to death about charging you for " sneezing " on the equipment. Thank God we did not get charged, however after listening for 30 minutes for the instructions and how I will be charged for everything, the whole mood was killed and I was terrified of enjoying the jetski. I hope this helps. Be prepared for the mood killer and you will be good to go😉.

Very pleasant experience. We came with a large group and they were patient and accommodating. Boats worked well, and the staff explained everything clearly and patiently.

Super great experience, they went above and beyond to accommodate for us! It was raining the day I had booked and within hours of my scheduled time I was able to call and switch my booking. I got to come the next day instead and enjoy the sunshine and I was charged no additional fee for the last minute change. Then on the day of my new appointment, I was given flexible hours that I could come and rent depending on what time worked best for me - so awesome. Granted, this is mid-January and they were not very busy so this likely wouldn't have been the case during peak summer time, but with great customer service like that I would come back at any time of year! Thanks guys for a great time/experience!
