Having used three different pharmacies i can tell you this is not unusual. Next time be sure to call ahead.

It may take longer if you are a new client, it was transfered from a different pharmacy, your insurance could have been the issue or they just didn't get all of the information in a timely manor. Point is, waiting 1 day for a prescription is not unreasonable. Patience is truly a virtue.
I've never had a problem. Been going to the same location for over 20 years.
