10/10 recommend!!! I went in to Tangles and locs for crotchet butterfly locs and am soooo happy with my hair and customer service I received! Everyone from the time I came in for the consultation was absolutely great and so helpful with answering all my questions cause I wasn’t sure which service to get at first for the look I was going for. Also, my service started at 9am and I was given the estimated time I should be done which was noon and I was literally leaving the salon at exactly 12pm on the dot which I suuuper appreciated because not all salons are respectful of your time like that, but tangles and locs definitely are!! My hairstylist was Drina who was so nice the whole time and did such a great job!! Thank you to the whole staff for being so friendly and helpful , and if you haven’t checked them out definitely try them for your braiding, locs and all hair needs! I will for sure be back!!

Came in for crochet and they were on time, very fast and the crochet braids looked clean and beautiful. My son had a haircut and they did a wonderful job as well.

I had a horrible experience. The owner was not kind and it was very uncomfortable. I told them what I wanted can they didn't listen. I was passed to a few people. Seems like my business wasn't Worth their time. She was fighting with an Employee about the pay. The staph was complaining also about being hungry and not able to take a break between customers due to over booking clients. I was told 2 hours and it was More like 6.

It's a learning salon. A student washed my hair before brushing it out for me and it formed a loc (I explained that I just took out braids and had an appointment with someone else that was going to do my hair for me but she cancelled and I was already too far away from home (2 hrs) to comb through it myself). Then the guy that was gonna blow-dry it pulled.yhe knots.out instead of cutting it..so that part of my hair is now damaged. And then I got my hair braided by a woman that spoke no English. She did ok but she left while.doing my hair and didn't come back for about 20 minutes. She said she'll be right back so I was expecting her to be RIGHT BACK but she had went to sit down because her back hurts, according to what the other hair dresser said. Overall, they took me in short notice and I got my hair done...
