I hear people have to go in to work for long hours on christmas day with no option to say no. Is that aloud?

Most of the time theyre shut down for christmas. If you have time off available to use, you can take whatever day off you want. Holidays are paid regardless.

My husband has to work 10 hrs on christmas but can't even get it a few hours cut off. Your answer did not help. I need to know if it's aloud or if he can request that day off
