Never want to do business with them again. First they gave me a bad pair of glasses and only wanted to help after giving a bad review. Then they made me another bad pair. I am dizzy and disoriented with these new ones. My only options are keep these bad one or get my old bad ones back. Additionally, someone from the lab was supposed to call me by now to check on how my new lenses were working out. Didn't happen.

My mother has been going to this eye care center for a number of years and recommends it to myself and my sister. After going with her to her appointment, I would shop here for glasses as well.

Short report: Average, not great. I would go somewhere else if I had to do it over again. Good enough for renewing prescriptions. I don't recommend Dr. Chan. Detailed Evaluation: Online Scheduling: 4/5 Exceptionally easy. Allows you to choose the doctor, time, and date. No need to contact someone in person, confirmation emails to follow. This should be standard, but not all places do this. Check-In Process: 2/5 I had to fill out the online questionnaire twice, and sign everything twice because I rescheduled the appointment. While I understand this, it seems redundant, a waste of time, and stupid to have me fill out all the same information twice just because of a reschedule. One and your done. In addition, I still had paperwork to look over and sign when I came into the office. Why have me sign everything online if you're still going to have me sign something in person? Don't waste my time. Reception Staff: 4/5 They were polite and professional. I wanted a breakdown of the costs, item by item so I could fully understand what my insurance was paying for and what I had to pay for, and he was very patient and walked me through it, despite my less than thrilled demeanor. If I had dealt with him coming through the door instead of just at the end it would have been 5/5. Technician: 3/5 The technician that did my tests & imaging was professional, nice, and listened to my concerns. However, she used a TONO-PEN tonometer instead of the non-contact version, which made my vision a little blurry. That's alright, but the technician deflected the issue when I voiced my vision being blurry. She said it was "very gentle" contact. Come on, my eyes are irritated because you just put some handheld testing instrument on it, a little bedside manner with a simple apology and sincere concern could have gone a long way. Doctor: 2/5 Dr. Chan seemed nice, but she was very brief and not very thorough. She did not inquire into my concerns at all. I had mentioned several things I was concerned about to the technician that was not discussed. Also, I felt judged by her attitude and tone when I did bring up some concerns. Ultimately it was a sufficient exam, but definitely not high quality care. Average of 3.0 stars. Categories are weighted equally for purposes of scoring.

I was having multiple issues with my eyesight, and Dr. Alaxandra Gelt was so thorough in going over, and addressing all of my issues. I have never felt so completely cared for by an eye doctor before. She is tops of her field. It’s really a true blessing, and relief!! Next I was helped by Oona the optometrist, and we went over all my needs, as far as creating several pairs of glasses!…another great experience! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and fun, helpful, and really listened, and worked with me, and by budget, to find the perfect solution!! This is your one stop shop for all your eye care needs! Every staff member I encountered was awesome!!! Thanks again!! 10 out of 10!!!
