I've been coming here for several years and very rarely have any issues. Tell them exactly what you want and guide them if it's not looking like the shape ect, they are not mind readers. Great service and they are always so sweet to work me in as I get off work late. Thanks Peridot nails!!

I made an appointment; came and the place smelled like a toxic waste dump of old nail polish. Well, I thought I will see if it will dissipate. I had to inform the person I was here for my appointment I had made. She just pointed to a chair. No one acknowledged my presence. I sat in the chair. Later an older woman came to turn on the water. Quite hot, as she left looking for the color ; then they do not have the color I selected, but it may have been old polish. Then, I asked for more cold water; then all cold water and quite cold. But then the “tub” was so full, the older woman came with a pitcher as of to remove the cold water she probably knew was in my tub. No one came by for over 20 minutes. I just had to leave. Plus, the client next to me; had both a pedi and and mani starting and the manicurist stated that it was her first day. As the client was using her phone, the new manicurist said she would have to charge another $10 as her hand was not available. And even said I wish YOU good luck, for being mew here. No thanks! I tried! Later another employee came outside to me; and said she was ready now. I told her I waited over 20 minutes and no one greeted me!! She said they were busy. Not very busy with about 5 customers; in a salon with about 12 chairs. I said at least you could have approached me inside to let me know how long it would be as i was just sitting alone with a extra-full tub of water. No thanks! I tried but too smelly and toxic to remain here being ignored.

You get what you pay for, they do not listen to what you want at all. If you want any extras it's $10 more. I didn't even get to wash my hands before she splattered paint on my nails. My nails look horrible, I am embarrassed to wear them out in public. The lady was in so much of a rush. They still have an hour and a half before closing. They are constantly talking in their language, and looking at you while they are doing it. Made me feel uncomfortable. Look at photos, let me know what you think. I work hard for my money and I am so upset that I paid $45 for this.

The nail technicians here are skilled enough as long as you speak up about exactly what you want and and hold firm to it. I get acrylic overlay, never get fake plastics tips, and I have not broken a nail in years. I do not get my feet done at salons so I can't speak on that. They seem clean and the salon is not small or cramped.
