No, don't let the name mislead. There is a section in all skeckers stores that display offer "second selections," they sell mostly new shoes. I have visited their stores in WA, SC, TX, and NM. They aren't all cheap or low quality, they aren't the finest of quality. After all, they aren't Nike or Redwing.
