Yes the stocking is done by state wild life / fisheries
Stocking is done by WA Fish & Wildlife. Generally in the spring. You can check their website for more details. But I can assure you there are still fish being caught in there. Cbeck out some of the fishing apps like FishBrain or Fisherman's Report for some daily catch info.
If WDFW, controls the pond usually Spring time. If private who knows?
