One of my favorite places to relax and rockhunt. It's close enough to walk to from town, there are lots of little hideaway beaches on the ponds. Well maintained little park.

I would totally give this place 5 stars but some jerk was there the last time i went. And he was racing his speed boat up and down the lake causing big waves in the water where i was trying to fish. He had the audacity to get angry at me when i took pictures of his plates . Said he just got a new motor and he had to break it in. Then proceeded to tell me how i must think i own the lake. Then told me to eat a **** and called me a ho. How rude!! Can you actually run gas powered boats here ? Someone told me its not allowed, at any speed. Hmm.

Good place for trout. Especially for kids on one side. Has playground, swimming section, and bathroom. Picnic area is ok. A couple tables scattered around. Trail for joggers.

I really enjoy taking my girls to this park. You can walk around the ponds, go swimming, or fishing. People are always out there with kayaks.
