Rollin, I see one time you say the rent is $535 per month and the next post I see you say $600 per month. What is the rent?
Monthly rent is $535.00 per month. Although there is no HOA per say there is strict rules to follow with penalties and/or additional costs. The best part about E.L. is all homes have garages. We are considering a move ourselves.
