Why is it when I call up I get one answer and I get into the store and it's a totally different answer both zips have lied to me about their advertisement Will never go there again.

Their customer service is garbage and I've had them lie to me in the past too! The only thing I trust is their daily promo texts they send out, pay close attention to the time range the promo is good for. Sometimes it will be an all day promo but most of the time there will be a time range the sale is good for. They do have excellent prices and a very wide selection, that's the only reason I come back

Because there are 2 different Zips in Tacoma. You probably called one then went to the other. They have a lovely website with all stocked items. You could utilize that tool for free.
