I really like Mary Mart. I like how they have a very friendly atmosphere and a really good selection. Unfortunately they lost several Stars due to their online ordering changes. It just feels like a huge grab for information under the guise of "convenience". You guys aren't Google, you're not giving me that much of a convenience by asking for all the new pieces of information. And wanting me to download an application, really? I don't think this comment will change anything but it has to be said.

Such a large variety of great product and some of the most gorgeous and fun glassware! Budtenders are ready to let those customer service skills shine and are well eduction on the products. Atom was very knowledgeable about specific products and helped in eliminating choices. Once we got home we tried our purchase and are very happy that the results were as Atom explained they would be. Love going here and even got my 20% discount today for being a frequent shopper!

Sara was friendly, helpful and honestly made me feel quite comfortable, and I'm usually tense and awkwardly anxious. We even had a couple laughs about bad math skills. I placed my order online a little before closing (super easy) and she had everything ready to go when I arrived. She informed me of the ladies 10% off discount and kindly applied it to my total. Also, I would like to mention that the security guy was super welcoming and friendly as well. Will definitely be back. Even though the parking lot is a major pain (it's always been that way), it's really a small price to pay for a great customer service experience.
