Came in after ordering and having a confirmation text sent twice. Order wasn't ready and it took 10mins to get my order. In the mean time there was a guy coughing up a lung even though he had a mask on below his chin. Budtender was asked to ask the guy to pull up his mask and he budtender ignored it. Had to go to car to get my own mask while I waited.

Zips is great, great brands and deals every day. Some of their deals that only happen on certain days, actually are valid any day (7g of oil for $35, etc) so always ask what deals they have that day if you're not part of the text program. In the year I've been shopping here, I can certainly say the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always. I'm a customer who knows what they want, most of the time, and I'm in and out of there in 5-7 minutes. ..I will say, if you're a lady, you will get a friendly greeting from almost everybody. My boyfriend who shops here, can't say that he gets a greeting when he comes in, though. It's the guys that work here that do this, they see a cute girl and say hello, but they see a dude and don't even say hi or smile. As a woman, I don't want to feel like I'm being watched or focused on, so all I'm asking is that everyone treats everyone the same here. 95% of the sales team is young, pretty women, and then the security and door ID is men. That's fine, but it feels weird at times when I look around and it's all young girls my age surrounded by older men. There's certainly something going on with who gets chosen to sell products here, and I think it's just to keep customers coming back.. 0.0 LOL I love you guys, just pointing out that it's clear you choose pretty girls to sell weed, and the gruff guys to protect the place, and that at times it feels.. off. I feel safe once I get in front of whoever is helping me out, if they're a girl, but up until that point I feel like I'm being watched by every dude in there.

I love this place and have been coming here for the past 2 years, but the last 5 or 6 ounces I've gotten here smelled like straight up hay and tasted REALLY bad, and a couple barely did anything despite seemingly having high numbers and costing a decent amount still. This was understandable the first couple times, but it's become a consistent experience when I buy flower and I cant trust the quality enough to buy ounces here anymore. Everything else is great though, I still come here for the good prices on dabs. Delectable are usually a couple bucks cheaper here than at other stores and the bulk deals are pretty good

I've haven't had much problem with the service. It helps to know what you're looking for. When they're busy they do get you in and out.
Probably an hour or 2 earlier than usual. Maybe 9 or 10 instead of midnight.
Unfortunately most stores will not do that but, they might give you a discount on your next order. I'm an expert in the Cannibus field, if the store does nothing for you ya need to go elsewhere for your Smoke.
Not 100% on what the deals will be, but the prices they have daily beat every other store I've been to so I can imagine the 4/20 deals will be outstanding.

Their customer service is garbage and I've had them lie to me in the past too! The only thing I trust is their daily promo texts they send out, pay close attention to the time range the promo is good for. Sometimes it will be an all day promo but most of the time there will be a time range the sale is good for. They do have excellent prices and a very wide selection, that's the only reason I come back

You are legally able to buy up to an ounce of smokable flower in a single transaction. Some stores try to get around this in an illegal way by telling people to put that ounce in their car and come right back for a 2nd ounce. Stay safe!

15 is an interesting number at a weed store, your gonna have an opportunity to try anything but the qualities will differ , for example 15 can get you the best more fire gram of flower In the store or alot of times you can find flower for 7 a gram but it's something you wanna avoid , you can get yourself 2 grade A pre rolls or a few pretty good ones, you wont be able to dabble in the concentrates very much but there is always atleast one 15$ gram of oil that is in my opinion the way to go if you wanna get the most bang for your buck. Oh you can get some edibles too but those are BS but that's just my opinion .

They have ounces all the time it depends on how much you want to spend I buy ounces for $100 plus my military discount
Personified Projection TV Head, it isn't recreational stores not wanting to take cards, which would be safer for them all around, it is the banks that are not allowed to do business with rec stores because it is still federally illegal to do so. There are a few stores where you can use a card on a one of those card boxes if you join a VIP list and have a good standing with the store.
I waited till last minute on christmas tree too.
I'm not entirely sure cuz I mostly only do cartridges they are stronger and last longer,but they almost always have deals so I'm sure it's going to be affordable for a good quantity
